Grief Coaching

Loss is a natural part of life, yet it is one of the most difficult human experiences. The loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, or even a major life change can trigger emotional processes that are difficult to cope with alone.

The goal of grief coaching is not to speed up or “solve” grief. Instead, it provides support to help you experience, understand, and process your feelings and experiences of loss in a safe environment. Everyone grieves differently, so the process is completely tailored to your individual needs and rhythm.

Coaching gives you the opportunity to express thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to share in everyday life. Working together can help you recognize the different stages of grief, understand your inner processes, and find resources that support you in moving forward.

Our Gestalt-based approach is particularly suited to getting in touch with your own feelings and needs. The focus is not on analyzing the past, but on becoming aware of current experiences. This allows the loss to appear not only as pain, but over time as an integrable life experience.

During the process, we pay attention to emotional stability, strengthening internal resources and creating a new balance. However, it is important to emphasize that coaching does not replace psychological or psychiatric care. If the situation warrants it, we help you recognize when the involvement of another professional may be necessary.
